3-Ingredient Nutritious Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Perfect for the warm summer months coming up, these nutritious yogurt and fruit popsicles are a simple treat with a nutritional punch that can be customized to include your favorite Terranova products!

What you’ll need for 10 popsicles:

  • 350g plain Greek yogurt (or any dairy-free yogurt alternatives)
  • 85g natural honey
  • 310g fresh strawberries or your favorite fruit
  • Your favorite Terranova powders or capsules
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Blender


  1. Blend fruit until it becomes a puree, then pour into a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt and honey.
  2. Add 4 capsules of your favorite Terranova products into the fruit puree. We recommend our microflora, fresh freeze dried ginger, turmeric or matcha!
  3. Fold fruit puree into yogurt and honey mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, add the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  5. Makes 10 popsicles!
